Full Circle Wireless expands

Firm moves from Laguna Hills to 14,773-square-foot space near Irvine Spectrum Center.

Spurred by a recent 86 percent increase in business, Full Circle Wireless is moving to a 14,773-square-foot space across from the Irvine Spectrum Center. The company, which was previously headquartered in Laguna Hills, will also add 21 new employees over the next six months in business development, repairs and marketing.

Named by Inc. magazine in 2009 as the 16th fastest-growing independently held environmental services firm in the nation, the company not only buys back used cellular equipment – phones, BlackBerrys, iPhones and aircards – but also picks up and ships unwanted wireless inventory free of charge.

The company, founded in 2003, is also launching a new Web site. It includes a quick phone search to allow customers to find information about their devices, such as model number and price, as well as testimonials from business and wireless representatives, among other features.

Full Circle Wireless' customers include large businesses, community organizations and public entities seeking innovative solutions to prevent e-waste by extending the lifecycle of used electronic technology.  Among its clients:  American Red Cross, Broadcom, Kendall Jackson, NuVasive, Cymer, Airco Commercial Services, United Western Grocers and Advanced Discovery.

By offering its customers a program called The Complete Green Cellular Solution, the company has boosted the wireless inventory volume that it handles for resale and recycling, as part of its dedication to helping businesses develop a more environmentally conscious mindset.

The company’s new two-story location offers a high-security warehouse and additional executive office space.

“The relocation to our new headquarters reflects the tremendous growth that our business and the electronic recycling category overall, has experienced in recent months,” says Full Circle Wireless General Manager and CEO Shelton Basham. “It is evident that businesses across America are starting to understand the importance of managing their e-waste – and in particular their cellular phone product waste – in a more responsible manner.”
