![]() In honor of Employee Appreciation Day 2009, Green Nest is advocating that offices take offices from “the grind to the greened” to advocate health for their employees. “Don’t wait for Earth Day!” says Lisa Beres, co-founder of Green Nest LLC. “Employee Appreciation Day on March 6 is a great opportunity for employers to create not just green, but healthy work environments that will mutually benefit companies as well as their employees.” Beres contends that by avoiding green practices, companies lose green to their bottom lines.
