Grubb & Ellis partners with D.C.-based firm
The alliance will allow both companies to expand their services to new markets.

The Santa Ana-based real estate services and investment firm Grubb & Ellis Co. has partnered with Washington, D.C.-based Kettler Inc. The move will allow Grubb & Ellis to expand its property management services nationwide.
The alliance will operate under the name Grubb & Ellis | Kettler Residential Management.
"We are excited to expand our best-in-class property management services to include the multifamily residential space," said Grubb & Ellis Executive Vice President and COO Jack Van Berkel, who heads the company’s real estate services.
Under the agreement, Grubb & Ellis will coordinate marketing efforts, streamline suppliers and interconnect technology systems for clients.
"We are thrilled that this relationship with Grubb & Ellis will allow for Kettler to enter new markets and to provide residential management services on a national level," said Kettler Management President Cindy Clare. "We are confident that it will prove to be beneficial to both firms."
