Iconosys unveils My Receipt Manager app
The Laguna Niguel-based firm's newest platform helps business execs track financial information.

Laguna Niguel-based Iconosys has introduced its new My Receipt Manager smartphone app that's designed to help small-business professionals manage financial information.
The platform tracks expenses by storing copies of receipts, invoices, purchase orders and other finance-related documents. In addition to monitoring finances, the app also has GPS and Google mapping, which helps users track and report mileage.
Among its other features: The app sorts expenses based on document categories, offers Facebook integration capabilities, and exports reports in formats that work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
My Receipt Manager helps keep finances in check, promotes better communication between individuals and their accountants, and provides cost-savings benefits to businesses, according to the app developer.
“I run a company on the run and am constantly multi-tasking and wearing a lot of hats,” said Wayne Irving, president and CEO of Iconosys. “I need to keep my critical information at my fingertips and within reach. That’s why I use this handy, critically important app. When I’m on the go, I need my information by my side, and that’s where My Receipt Manager comes into play.”
The app is available on the Android OS platform for smartphones, tablets and other smart devices. It retails for $4.99 for a lifetime license for an advertisement-free version.
