Two new eateries are slated to open at the Irvine Spectrum Center next summer: Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill and Capital.
Wood Ranch, which currently operates two other locations in O.C., will be housed in a 6,188-square-foot space near the theater. The family-friendly eatery will offer casual American cuisine, including certified Angus beef steaks and burgers, prime rib, mesquite-grilled tri-tip roasts and baby back ribs, as well as chicken, fish and pork selections, and a children's menu.
Wood Ranch also will feature a full bar, and it will be the first local store to provide both lunch and dinner.
Capital's new eatery at the Irvine Spectrum Center will be its second in the city. Located near Nordstrom, the more than 8,000-square-foot restaurant – which will offer an additional 1,000-square-foot patio – will boast an East-meets-West theme complete with Chinese fixtures, contemporary artwork and TVs.
Capital will serve up more than 100 different types of dim sum, among other menu items.
“Irvine Spectrum Center has long been known as a leading restaurant location in Orange County,” said Stacie Ellis, marketing director for the Irvine Spectrum Center. “We are excited to add these restaurants that will further enhance the dining experience for our customers.”
