Irvine Co. Apartment Communities earns national award
The firm's resident mobile app was honored by the Web Marketing Association.

The Irvine Co. Apartment Communities has garnered national recognition for its MyRental-Living.com iPhone app. The platform earned the Best Real Estate Application award in the Web Marketing Association's ninth Internet Advertising Competition.
The honor recognizes an iPhone app that offers a range of services to residents, and the accolade comes on the heels of the company's recent launch of the mobile-friendly version of its website.
The apartment division now offers four different ways for residents to access MyRental-Living.com: the iPhone and Android apps, mobile version and the website.
Through the services, residents can submit maintenance requests, access community news and the online calendar, view coupons and respond to classified ads.
“Mobile is global,” said Irvine Co. Apartment Communities Vice President of Marketing Nicole Conniff. “Our residents choose to use mobile devices for many of their daily business and lifestyle activities, and we want to make those activities as easy as possible.”
