The site offers features such as real-time pricing and availability; photo galleries and videos; GPS-enabled driving directions and maps; and a scheduling tool. It is "increasingly important" for companies to offer easy-to-use solutions for customers, according to Sean Bartlett, director of mobile strategy at Sitewire. "Irvine Co. Apartment Communities' new site is a tremendous example of the power available via the mobile platform," he said. "We're thrilled to offer consumers such an attractive and content-rich utility for their home search."
