Irvine Co. Apartment Communities has introduced a Smartphone-friendly version of its Web site, Rental-Living.com, in an effort to make the home-search process easier.
The platform, which was developed by Sitewire, an Arizona-based interactive marketing agency, allows individuals to look through the company's 115 apartment communities in Southern California and Silicon Valley while on the go.
“We know that finding just the right place can seem like a daunting task at times, and that’s why we’ve organized our new mobile-friendly site in a way that’s extremely intuitive, organized and easy to use," said Nicole Conniff, senior director of marketing for the apartment firm, which is the multifamily unit of the Irvine Co.
The site offers features such as real-time pricing and availability; photo galleries and videos; GPS-enabled driving directions and maps; and a scheduling tool.
It is "increasingly important" for companies to offer easy-to-use solutions for customers, according to Sean Bartlett, director of mobile strategy at Sitewire.
"Irvine Co. Apartment Communities' new site is a tremendous example of the power available via the mobile platform," he said. "We're thrilled to offer consumers such an attractive and content-rich utility for their home search."
