Jacobs Engineering Group relocates to Irvine
The company has signed a 10-year lease at 3161 Michelson.

Jacobs Engineering Group is moving its Orange County regional office from Santa Ana to Irvine. The company signed a 10-year lease on a 49,110-square-foot space at 3161 Michelson, according to EMMES Realty Services, which completed the deal.
Jacobs is among the world's largest technical, professional and construction services providers, and the firm is headquartered in Pasadena, with offices around the globe. The company's new space is located in The Michelson, a 19-story, 533,000-square-foot tower on the corner of Jamboree Road and the 405 freeway.
The building is currently more than 80 percent leased. Other tenants include Hyundai Capital America, Bryan Cave, Gibson Dunn, Greenberg Traurig Systems Source and Jones Day.
