![]() The new store, which will be the fourth Orange County location for the discount retailer, will be part of a new development on the eastern side of the outdoor shopping destination. "We are very excited to move forward with our new store at The Block at Orange," said Geevy Thomas, president of Nordstrom Rack. "This is one of the area's top shopping destinations and a terrific opportunity for us to better serve our loyal O.C. customers." Nordstrom Rack operates other local stores at Metro Pointe in Costa Mesa, Brea Union Plaza and Laguna Hills Mall. The retailer offers discounts on apparel, accessories and shoes carried in Nordstrom stores and on its website. "Nordstrom Rack will be a great addition to our already popular mix of outlet and value retail stores at The Block at Orange," said Gregg Goodman, president of The Mills, which owns the local retail center. The Block at Orange offers close to 100 outlet and retail stores, restaurants and entertainment destinations, including Last Call by Neiman Marcus, H&M, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Dave & Buster's, and Lucky Strike Lanes. "We continue to add some of the best names in retail like Nordstrom Rack, which enhances the shopping experience enjoyed by Orange County locals and many area visitors," said Goodman.
