OCTANe re-launches Orange County job board
The company seeks to connect technical jobs seekers with high-quality jobs locally.

Aliso Viejo-based OCTANe is re-launching TalentEngine, a free online job board for technical positions in Orange County. The company hopes to connect skilled workers with employers to ease the downward trend in local employment.
“OCTANe is committed to building the high-tech ecosystem in Orange County, and with nearly 10 percent of the population out of work, we are far from realizing our full potential,” said Matthew Jenusaitis, OCTANe president and CEO. “Our goal is to connect O.C. high technology employers with quality job seekers to both stimulate and accelerate job growth in our region.”
Last year the company helped connect nearly 300 job seekers with employers. However, OCTANe said the demand to improve its online job board is stronger than ever. With the new TalentEngine platform job seekers can search over 400 jobs in Orange County. Positions are available in various industries including engineering, research and scientific. In addition, users can upload their resumes for HR personnel to browse.
“Helping senior executives access talent is a critical piece of OCTANe’s mission,” said Jenusaitis. “The potency of our business community depends on our region’s collective ability to attract and retain technical talent, and the TalentEngine is designed to do just that.”
