![]() The first half of OC Works! will be dedicated to providing insight into the current job market, search strategies and networking tips. The event will also feature breakout sessions and presentations from Strategic Software Resources founder and CEO Ellia Kassoff and Boost Mobile's public relations social media expert Rachel Gross. The second half will enable jobseekers to interact with employers. Among the participating businesses: New York Life; Hyatt Regency; The Buddy Group; and Real Estate Disposition Corp. The event is a follow-up to Job Search Reboot: Today’s Job Search Secrets Revealed, which was held in January and illuminated the need for a larger communitywide program to bring unemployed individuals face-to-face with potential employers. OC Works! is a collaboration led by the Jewish Federation Assistance Center in partnership with, among others, the Orange County One-Stop Center, CareerKungFu.com and Temple Beth El.
