PCM to manage Village of Stonegate
Irvine Company builds on its relationship with Lake Forest-based management company.

Professional Community Management of California, Inc. (PCM) will serve as the property management company for Irvine Company’s new housing complex, Village of Stonegate.
“We are very excited to expand our relationship with the Irvine Company,” said CEO of PCM Donny Disbro. “Our long partnership is a testament to our award-winning staff who is dedicated to the homeowners and residents living in the communities we manage.”
The Village of Stonegate will consist of four neighborhoods along with four parks— which include sports fields, swimming pools and areas for picnics or barbeques. 12 model homes are already open for public viewing.
PCM oversees seven communities for the Irvine Company including Woodbury, Santa Rosa, Monterey, Santa Barbara and the Summit at Turtle Ridge. The management firm helps the housing company with communication between the residents and the board of directors, as well as coordinating projects for the community and managing vendors. The Village of Stonegate makes PCM the management firm for more than 280 communities.
“The Irvine Company has recognized that PCM’s dedication to training and development as well as empowering staff with innovative tools such as mobile devices that increase our response time to resident requests.,” explained PCM’s senior vice president Dana Davidson.
