4 Laguna Beach homes are among top 10 most searched in Orange County

A property at 25 Carmel Court comes in at No. 1 on Realtor.com's weekly list.

Laguna Beach dominated Realtor.com's list of the top 10 most-searched homes in Orange County for the week of July 19. The city had four properties on the list – including two that ranked first and second.

With a price tag of $547,000, 25 Carmel Court came in at No. 1, followed by 936 Tia Juana St., which was valued at $591,900.

The most expensive home in the ranking was 1490 Del Mar Ave., also in Laguna Beach. The property came in at No. 4, with a $750,000 list price. The cheapest? A residence at 109 Avenida Salvador in San Clemente valued at $519,000. The home came in at No. 5.

However, all homes on the list were priced within 20 percent of the $629,900 median.

Properties in Yorba Linda, Newport Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Trabuco Canyon and Irvine also were among the top 10.

10. 60 Cape Cod, Irvine: $675,000
