Fashion Island welcomes Vineyard Vines
The boutique will tie in its idea of 'the good life' – on the coast.

Founded by brothers Shep and Ian Murray, Vineyard Vines, an apparel company originally launched on Martha’s Vineyard, will remind shoppers of the finer places and things life has to offer when it opens its first West Coast retail store in Fashion Island in August. Known for its quirky neckties and smiling pink whale logo, the boutique will offer its signature neckwear, along with a variety of clothing and accessories for men, women and children.
“We could not be more excited to expand the brand to the West Coast,” said Ian Murray CEO and co-founder. “The Vineyard Vines lifestyle lends itself to life on the coast— whether it’s the East or the West Coast—and we’re thrilled to now be accessible to our customers in Southern California.”
Located in the Nordstrom wing at Fashion Island, the store will feature a portion of a real fishing boat at the checkout point, designed by world-renown boat builder Jarrett Bay Boatworks.
Vineyard Vines products are sold in more than 600 specialty and department stores worldwide.
