Voit directs 3 deals totaling $6.2 million in O.C.
Clear Channel Broadcasting signs 80-month renewal lease in Aliso Viejo; activity also reported in Irvine, Costa Mesa.

Newport Beach-based Voit Real Estate Services directed three deals in Orange County totaling $6.2 million in February.
Clear Channel Broadcasting, a global media and entertainment firm, has signed an 80-month renewal lease on a 19,633-square-foot office building in Aliso Viejo. The transaction was valued at $2.8 million.
SWI Properties has purchased a 16,740-square-foot building in Irvine for $2.3 million from The Hughes Family Trust.
The Hedley Living Trust has sold a 4,800-square-foot office building in Costa Mesa for $1.1 million to an undisclosed buyer.
Established in 1971, Voit has conducted transactions of more than 40 million square feet of commercial real estate and concluded sales and leases totaling more than $25 billion. The company has offices throughout the state, Nevada and Arizona.
